TP-Link Omada ES216G เป็น Easy Managed Switch ที่มี 16× 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 Port รองรับ Auto-Negotiation และ Auto MDI/MDIX เหมาะสำหรับขยายระบบ Network ภายในสำนักงาน ร้านค้า โรงเรียน และระบบกล้องวงจรปิดที่ต้องการจัดการ Traffic มากกว่า Switch แบบ Unmanaged
ตัวอุปกรณ์รองรับการใช้งานแบบ Plug-and-Play และสามารถตั้งค่าเพิ่มเติมผ่าน Web-based GUI หรือบริหารจากศูนย์กลางผ่าน Omada Controller เมื่อระบบต้องการ Cloud Access, Omada App, Automatic Device Discovery, Batch Configuration หรือ Batch Firmware Upgrading
ES216G มี 16× Gigabit RJ45 Port รองรับความเร็ว 10/100/1000 Mbps ทุก Port พร้อม Auto-Negotiation และ Auto MDI/MDIX สามารถเชื่อมต่อ Access Point, Gateway, Network Video Recorder, IP Camera ที่มีแหล่งจ่ายไฟแยก, Computer, Printer และอุปกรณ์ Network อื่นได้
รองรับ MTU VLAN, Port-Based VLAN และ 802.1Q Tag VLAN โดยกำหนดได้สูงสุด 32 VLAN Groups และรองรับ VID ตั้งแต่ 1–4094 ช่วยแยก Traffic ระหว่างกลุ่มอุปกรณ์ เช่น Network สำหรับพนักงาน ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด และอุปกรณ์ส่วนกลาง
ฟังก์ชัน Port Isolation ช่วยจำกัดการสื่อสารระหว่างอุปกรณ์ที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Switch เหมาะกับระบบที่ต้องการลดการเข้าถึงข้าม Port โดยไม่จำเป็น
ES216G รองรับ Port-based, 802.1p และ DSCP QoS พร้อม 8 Priority Queues และ WRR หรือ Weighted Round Robin สำหรับจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ Traffic รวมถึง Bandwidth Control แบบ Port-Based Rate Limit
Storm Control รองรับการควบคุม Broadcast, Multicast และ Unknown-Unicast Traffic โดยกำหนดรูปแบบการควบคุมเป็น kbps หรือ pps ได้ ช่วยลดผลกระทบจาก Traffic ที่ผิดปกติภายในระบบ
รองรับ IGMP v1/v2/v3 Snooping และ Fast Leave ช่วยควบคุม Multicast Traffic ให้ส่งไปยัง Port ที่ต้องการ ลดการกระจายข้อมูลไปยังทุก Port โดยไม่จำเป็น เหมาะกับระบบที่มี Video Stream หรือบริการ Multicast ภายใน Network
ES216G รองรับการจัดการจากศูนย์กลางผ่าน Omada Cloud-Based Controller, Omada Hardware Controller และ Omada Software Controller สามารถเข้าถึงผ่าน Web Browser หรือ Omada App ได้เมื่อเชื่อมต่อกับ Controller ที่รองรับ
Zero-Touch Provisioning ต้องใช้งานร่วมกับ Omada Cloud-Based Controller ส่วน Automatic Device Discovery, Batch Configuration, Batch Firmware Upgrading และ Unified Configuration ต้องใช้ Omada Controller ตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ผลิต
Switching Capacity อยู่ที่ 32 Gbps และ Packet Forwarding Rate 23.8 Mpps พร้อม MAC Address Table ขนาด 8K, Packet Buffer Memory 4 Mbit และรองรับ Jumbo Frame ขนาดสูงสุด 15 KB ใช้วิธีส่งข้อมูลแบบ Store-and-Forward
