โดย Function Switch บน In-Room AP นี้สามารถรองรับการทำ Tag-based VLAN เพื่อจัดการ traffic ตามที่ผู้ดูแลระบบต้องการได้
สำหรับความสามารถด้าน Wi-Fi In-Room AP Series มีให้เลือกสามรุ่นด้วยกัน นั่นคือ EWS510AP โดยมีความเร็วแบบ Dual Radio 600Mbps (300+300) ส่วน EWS550AP Dual Radio AC Wave2 (300+867Mbps) และตัวล่าสุด EWS511AP Dual Radio AC Wave2 (300+433Mbps)
การการบริหารจัดการ Engenius In-Room AP นั้นสามารถ Provision และ Monitoring ได้จาก EnGenius Controller หรือ ezMaster ได้เช่นเดียวกัน Managed AP ในตระกูล Neutron Series ทุกรุ่น...
และยังสามารถจัดการในแบบ Stand Alone ได้เช่นกัน
