RG-ES205GC-V2 มี 5 Port RJ45 แบบ 10/100/1000BASE-T สำหรับเชื่อมต่อคอมพิวเตอร์ Printer, NVR, IP Camera, Access Point, Smart TV หรืออุปกรณ์ Network ภายในอาคาร เหมาะกับงานที่ต้องการ Switch Gigabit ขนาดเล็ก ใช้งานง่าย และดูแลผ่าน Cloud ได้
รุ่นนี้เหมาะกับไซต์งานที่ยังไม่ต้องใช้ PoE และไม่ต้องใช้ SFP Uplink เช่น ร้านค้า สำนักงานย่อย ห้องทำงาน จุดวาง NVR หรือจุดรวมสาย LAN ขนาดเล็ก โดยสามารถเชื่อมต่อกลับไปยัง Router หรือ Switch หลักผ่านสาย LAN ได้โดยตรง
RG-ES205GC-V2 รองรับ Ruijie Cloud Management และ Ruijie Reyee App Management ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะ Switch, ดู Port, จัดการ VLAN และดูแลอุปกรณ์จากระยะไกลได้สะดวกขึ้น เหมาะกับงานที่ต้องดูแลหลายไซต์หรือหลายสาขา
ฟังก์ชัน Cloud Management รองรับ SON, Zero Touch Provisioning, การตั้งค่า VLAN ผ่าน Ruijie Cloud / Reyee App และการตรวจสอบสถิติของ Switch จากระยะไกล ช่วยลดเวลาหน้างานและทำให้การดูแลระบบง่ายขึ้น
RG-ES205GC-V2 รองรับ VLAN สูงสุด 32 VLAN, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, Interface Flow Control, Static MAC Address, Static Aggregation และ Rate Limiting ตาม Interface Traffic จึงเหมาะกับงานแยกวง Network เช่น วง Office, CCTV หรือ Guest Wi-Fi ตามการออกแบบระบบจริง
การทำ Aggregation ของรุ่นนี้เป็นแบบ Static Aggregation จึงควรตั้งค่าให้สอดคล้องกับอุปกรณ์ปลายทางที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่ด้วย ส่วน LACP ไม่อยู่ในรายการฟังก์ชันที่รองรับของรุ่นนี้
RG-ES205GC-V2 มีฟังก์ชันสำหรับช่วยลดปัญหาพื้นฐานในงาน CCTV และ Network เช่น IP Conflict Prevention, Loop Prevention, DHCP Snooping และ Camera Detection เหมาะกับระบบที่มี IP Camera, NVR และอุปกรณ์ Network หลายตัวในวงเดียวกัน
รุ่นนี้รองรับ Port Isolation, Broadcast Storm Control, Multicast Storm Control, Unknown Unicast Storm Control, DHCP Snooping และ CPU Protection Policy ช่วยลดปัญหา Loop, Broadcast ผิดปกติ และปัญหาที่ทำให้ระบบ Network ภายในสำนักงานทำงานไม่เสถียร
